chemistry and energy as the improvements because those aren't tangible and can't be measured, so anyone can cite them.
I'm talking about how during practices and scrimmages we always seem to do 'new guys' vs 'old guys' each season, and then that ends up becoming a dividing rod of sorts when we throw one camp under the bus or start to find places for blame.
