Anyone surprised by the fact that the ineligible voters were dem by an almost 10:1 margine over the GOP?

When, mostly democratic, election officials make no effort to determine that citizenship requirements have been met before adding voters to the rolls how is this not a civil rights violation?

As a citizen I have the right to cast a ballot and have that ballot counted in a fair manor. Every time every time an ineligible ballot is cast and counted it cancels out the vote of a citizen and violates their civil rights.
