Ditto. And while some of them worked out (Dave C, Kul) bringing the whole lot from Toledo (save for the DC who wound up taking the HC job), then double promoting Eberflus really slowed the momentum that GP otherwise was building

I think part of the HC responsibilities is constantly on the lookout for staff improvements. We didn't have the high W-L to justify keeping the same staff year to year.
