Gant isn't strong enough to play PF, and not skilled enough to play the wing. Jackson has a college ready body, and is willing to rebound and play D.

Wright I would have been ok with keeping, I think he could be a more consistent shooter. But if he isn't hitting shots he is a liability, particularly on defense.
