cannot actually afford to use their new health care because the copays are too high.

If you are living in poverty there is no difference between a $,5000 procedure and a $55,000 procedure. Both are outside your means to pay. Obamacare did nothing for the poor and made it so the middle class cannot afford health care either.

I now have to pay, out of pocket, almost $2,000 for a employer paid plan that pays absolutely nothing until I have met a $3,500 deductible. I jokingly told my wife that my new plan was don't get sick but that is pretty much true.
