I recall hearing how the freshman class outworked the sophomore class, starting the first day they arrived. And I recall the sophomore class saying that motivated them to work harder. That is exactly the opposite of what we are hearing now, since this year's sophomores are doing the leading and last year's followers are gone.

The part about resiliency is true. Severe droughts cannot happen.
