There is a department of vital statistics in every state. That department's responsibility is to manage birth certificates.

Hawaii has confirmed Obama's birth certificate, but like all conspiracy believers, there is never enough evidence.

You also are convinced every official in every sport is part of a vast conspiracy to make your life miserable, so that you believe in this conspiracy is not surprising.
