the 4 stops. You can't put in nearly the fluid you lose, your body just can't process that much intake.
I took a 20 min break at the stop with ice and put it on the back of my neck and got my core cooled. Was MUCH better after that for the final 22 miles.
Have this one in 3 weeks and it should be perfect weather; it's a great event, great party after.
