The state of Washington admitted that they have no way of knowing whether or not people registering to vote are citizens or not.

That is a problem whether this particular immigrant terrorist was a citizen or not.

We also learned from that news report that the government itself had trouble getting that information from the INS and had incorrect information that they disseminated earlier, then got corrected information later. There is a problem of communication between agencies.
