Now hearing that a drunken group of white students passed the two black girls and a girl uttered the "n" word. This happened down by Engineering and the war of words escalated down the sidewalk to where it ended up on the corner by the DU house. Then, a few DU's came out onto the porch to hear what was going on and one of the black girls challenged a DU to a fight after she uttered a racial slur. The guys in the original group were Farmhouse and the girls were Alpha Phi. So yeah, it was ignited by the "n" word but not directly from the DU house. In any event, an unfortunate incident.
