Carter had been hit by a shtstorm. He was still a goood man. WAY micro-managed stuff and that did not help. But had we followed his lead then TODAY the US would standing as a giant over the sustainable energy industry, the industry, the industry that will dominate this century.

And at 93 yrs of age, Carter is STILL out there building houses for the poor.
