Why?
Because they know that voting fraud helps them immensely. if the election's close, dems can use it to win. Just ask Bernie about Hillary's expertise with it.

The media downplays it, ignores it, pretends it either doesn't happen, or it's just racist.
It's amazing how dems hold multiple rallies for voter registration, but just can't manage to do anything to help people get voter id's.
Trump's got to win by more than 2%, or he'll lose to voter fraud.
