The NCAA has events in China and Cuba?

I don't believe that's true. Individual NCAA teams may take foreign tours to those places but the NCAA itself does not have any official events like the NCAA tournament in those places. Individual NCAA teams play in North Carolina too. But the NCAA won't have any official championship events in North Carolina and I don't believe they have any championship events in China or Cuba either.
