Productive and civil....the thug culture which is rampant in our major cities are neither of those two things, therefore, the majority of civilized society is intolerant of their behavior.
Doesn't matter to them whether a race feels oppressed or not. They feel everyone has an opportunity in this America to dig themselves out of their miserable existence.
