And yes, there is the potential for impropriety there. But as hungry as the media would have been to nail him on that (think of hillary and emails....and it's the opposite) i am not aware of a single allegation, let alone evidence or god forbid proof of any wrongdoing.
Haliburton has been a major supplier and in some cases the only company capable of providing certain materiel in that part of the world. Should we have abandoned a long standing contractor because the VP used to work there?
Give me a single allegation, some evidence and a reason that cheney did anything wrong.

Again, as hard as the press is working to ignore fat hillary's corruption, that is how hard they would have worked to uncover or manufacture allegations against cheney.
