Please advise. I know Reagan did but that was a long time ago. I know Bush I did and it cost him a second term.

I know Bush II lowered taxes while fighting two wars which was partially to blame for increasing the debt from $5 trillion roughly to about $9 trillion.

Has Obama raised taxes? Only 4.6% on the top bracket. Which is more than offset by our pathetic capital gains tax, a trillion loopholes, carried interest and I could go on and on.

Please advise.
