she was well prepared and smug. he was out of his league and flustered.

don simply was not quick enough. on the birth certificate, he simply should have said, "your campaign started it in 2008, i finished it in 2011. the president is a naturally born citizen. let's move on now to something important to the people instead of wasting their time on this non issue."

over and over again, he simply didn't respond with the obvious.
