Yeah, give him every chance to continue down his path of fvcking up because he hasn't made a right damn choice once in his life. He didn't in Texas when he fired 2 rounds at officers and then led them on a chase....and then physically assaulted one of the officers who apprehended him.

Or when he used weapons to assault family members.

He's dead. His issues resulted in that.
