have to meet with and kiss the ring of the leader of Israel?

We care if Russia is interfering with our political system, but Israel? Sure, go ahead. Better yet, let's have him come to speak in front of our Congress so that a bunch of weaklings can listen to his bull****.

Must we continue to support the guy in the neighborhood that everyone hates? Is this helpful to American foreign policy goals?

Israel, thanks to us, can take care of itself now and continuing to back them regardless of what they do only gives them leverage not to have to come up with reasonable ways to solve their biggest problem, the Palestinian issue.
