business person of ANY COLOR put his life's work in an area where virtually anything or anyone can ruin everything he's worked for .... just because?

In a black city, with a black mayor, with black city council, black school board, it is racist for kroger or safeway not to open a multi million dollar store in an area where it cannot survive.

Capitalism is color blind.
