in which the minority (mainly blacks) has slowly dictated how things are run, and specifically WHO runs it. Example: Seems many major cities, only recently, have black police chiefs. Well why not? With all the incidents and rioting it might make it a tiny bit tougher to cry racism from the cops when the guy who runs it is black. And no doubt, more and more of the cops are black.

And of course, under obozo, there is a huge increase in black whatever. None of which I care about, IF the person was the most qualified when chosen.
