Some interesting thoughts about this years group
1. The new weight coach is an animal and kicking tail. Kids will be tougher mentally and physically this year.
2. Heard this some last year but it was from the freshman class- this group will play for each other and wants to turn mizzou hoops around.
3. Barnett is in another dimension athletically. Those that saw him play in high school know what i am talking about. It didn't translate at Texas for one reason or another . If he gets right look out. Worth the risk!!!
4. Freshman guards can contribute and the JUCO transfer is a competitor. Guard play should be 100,000 times better this year.
5. big question is can one of the young bigs step up in conference play when woods needs a break or is in foul trouble?
6. my prediction is 16 wins.. could be off 1-2 either way but i hope it is at least 16...
