I also like winning which requires a coach who will do what is necessary to win. Kim doesn't seem to have the ability to do what it takes to get high level recruits and he doesn't appear to be able to win by being a better coach than other coaches. He won at the D2 level by having more talent. That won't be the case at Mizzou.
