by releasing her medical records to an impartial panel of doctors to review and submit an executive summary detailing her medical/physical fitness with respect to the rigors of carrying out the duties of president of the United States, the job which she is in effect applying for.

Why does she refuse to do so despite the obvious toll her refusal is taking on her poll numbers? The only logical answer is that releasing her medical records for review would hurt her even more.
