• Next he walks back to the open window of his car.
• At 57 sec mark shot is fired from women cop.
• At some point it looks like he put his hands down. His left hand reaches into the car it looks. It's the video under the first one

The timing is crucial. Did that happen after the fired shot?
• He doesn't go down immediately
• He's tasered by another cop.

If that's the case, it's not clear cut from video. If you don't listen to officers and walk all the way back to the open window of your vehicle - then he might be going for a weapon. He's right on that edge.

He has an incident of not following police orders, I'd read somewhere yesterday (6 mo. probabtion, I recall). That matters.
What also matters is the disposition of the officers after the shooting. Should they have immediately checked on him - to administer aid?
