While Roberts loved campus and felt really comfortable with his future teammates, it was the efforts made by Anderson and his staff to prioritize him that really stood out.
“The first day that college coaches could come out was Friday, Sept. 9," said Roberts. "They were the first people there, first thing in the morning and (Coach Anderson) brought his entire staff to do an him visit.
“On the visit I spent more time with Coach Anderson than I did with the players. That really stood out to me. He’s a hands on guy and told me what I couldn’t’ do and could do as a player and I really like that from a coach.”
Good job, Coach!
