There's a difference in disagreeing with her policies and acknowledging her depth in understanding the issues and players. She knows where Aleppo is. She can name all of the world leaders and various rival organizations that threaten the US. Trump falls woefully short in all of those areas.

She actually can discuss the ins and outs of defense, domestic, and global policies without having people resort to a webpage. On the other hand, Trump speaks off the cuff and frequently says things that runs counter to what is stated on his webpage.
