Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam.
They throw out all the hate speech and posts in social media knowing some mentally ill or weak-minded person is going to take actions and think they are helping the greater cause.
Same thing for the white supremacist shooting up a black church. No one told him what to do, but he thought he was helping ignite a race war.
