poorly written and is going to be confusing to many people. Law enforcement was against it too. Even a friend of mine that is a gun dealer was against it. But then again, the Missouri house and senate are full of a bunch of idiots. I know several people that work in JC in several roles and they say the senators and reps are clueless. They really do not even know how to introduce a bill much less understand the implications of half of what they introduce. I know a Republican chief of staff and they encouraged me to come down just to see how disturbing it is.

Before it was overridden, I asked my buddy who is a handgun dealer about it. He said "It's a poorly written bill and should not have been passed. I hope they don't override it this week. It will get a lot of uninformed people into serious trouble."
