This isn't Fab5 level talent.

We have virtually no upper class to model necessary roles and behavior. Virtually no one to show leadership, or demand the freshmen work hard to over achieve.

Kim has shown no knack to "coach up" kids.

We did fire the weight coach and bring in someone else. Hope they are doing that at a high level at least.

Greater Strength and a modicum of extra effort on defense should get us at least 6-8 wins.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
