a sharepoint site accidentally sent out an e-mail to an incorrect widespread distribution. And about 200 people reponded over and over again to please remove them from the distribution list, replying to all.

I didn't think, other than very old people, anyone still lacked the mental capacity to react in that way. It was frankly amazing.
