Soria isn't put in that position. Same thing with Mustakas, Cain, and Gordon not being healthy all year.

The Royals simply are not a World Series caliber team this year, due to injuries. That happens. You can't make the World Series every year, despite what our fans have become accustomed to.

We still had a good season with many entertaining moments despite all the injuries.
