First, if someone has a contagious condition like pneumonia, why are they at the 9/11 event kissing others (as video shows her doing), shaking hands, etc. Why does she go to Chelsea's place where she can infect her grandchild? Why does she have a little girl walk up to her where she could be possibly infected?
If the Secret Service team is not expecting this kind of seizure, they would have rushed to the hospital. The reaction shows this was not an issue of an unknown medical event. Simply a matter of bad timing for it.
