The irony is we had friends who lived in DeSoto school dist

and lived just west of K-7 of SM Parkway. They moved to SM school dist because the schools for DeSoto sucked and the "old-time" DeSoto residents kept voting down bond issues.


Now the population growth has been so good the bond issues have been passed to make DeSoto a pretty decent school system.

The other strange thing about DeSoto is the KS Wildlife & Parks officer for Johnson and Wyandotte counties always said most of his regular/frequent game violators lived in DeSoto.
