You miss the point. On the days following 911 I searched a LOT to try to understand WHY people would do that. Fact is there were reasons. YOU might claim those reasons, those causes were not justified. ObL wanted to draw the US into war Afghan so that that his mujahdeen could kick Uncle Sam's ass as it had the Sovs. Historically, Afghan doesn't lose. -

Regardless of that. bin Laden sought to effect change in US policy in the Middle East in three areas. 1) End Us-led HORRIFIC sanctions v Iraq. 2) US Troops OUT of Medina, that we had troops there would be like Iran having troops in Philly. 3) US blind support of Israel's collective crimes against Palestinian people.

That is WHY 911 happened. We NEVER talk about that. We just go 'oh poor, poor America, those Muslims are so mean".
