statement given the responsibility he had holding the microphone. That kind of grossly over-emotional rhetoric is not helpful or productive.
I certainly find that wrong. Not sure I find a "whole lot" wrong. But when people begin to use free speech rights as an excuse for poor behavior, it often devolves this way.
