I know you are capable of spouting off general tidbits you read in a Krugman op-ed. I wasn't looking for more of that.

Here are some follow ups, and I apologize in advance but they will cause you to form your own thoughts off the cuff:

What came before negative rates? High rates?

How are rates still too high? How do you make that determination? What do you believe causes them to be too high?

How much fiscal expansion do you believe is warranted?
