it's different when wild bill says it. Not the words, but the context.
The idiot said trump has a long, long, long, long, long history of being an evil terrible horrible racist, so when he says this, it's clearly a dog whistle for white supremacy.
But since wild bill is such a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful human being, it's okay.
Racism is not in the words, it's in the person who speaks those words. It's like the magic Nword. Some people are allowed to say it, others are not.
By applying those standards, virtually anything can be racist when said by a Republican, and virtually nothing is racist when said by a socialist.
