Remember...definitions. A woman can be VERBALLY assaulted and with micoraggressions, i'm sure 100% of women who WANT TO be assaulted, are. Likewise, VISUALLY ASSAULTED. A woman who is looked at in a way that makes her uncomfortable has been sexually assaulted.

And the author admits that women are paid less due in part to their taking time to do the mommy stuff. Like the employer owes women for their mommy time.
