useful to build a player dorm, much like kY and kU have done.

Such a dorm would be useful in recruiting and retaining a top coaching talent.

I think we need to start lobbying.

If kA has a moderately successful year he probably gets retained. That should give us about two years to raise the 20 million and start construction.
