coaches not at one of the programs in the SEC, ACC, B1G, or PAC12. Whomever he feels are the absolute top 3. Maybe include an NBA guy if the right guy is out there. And then pay enough that one of those 3 guys can't say no.

Unfortunately the time to do that likely was this offseason. May be too late to try something like that after this season.
