otherwise. Not all students are college bound so teachers need to focus on skills that are transferable across post-secondary education. Things like technology skills, collaboration, communication, problem solving, trial/error, etc.

I am a teacher and I will say that I don't particularly care if my students "get" the content I teach but they will absolutely leave my classes with skills that will help them be successful in life.
