It's nothing more than a get out the vote fringe group, subsidized by soros/dems. Soros pays it up front, dems return the money later with favors, tips, and govt money payoffs later.
Dems want votes, not competition.
That being said, it will remain a well funded, rabble rousing, hate spewing group for decades to come.
It turns black voters from asking why haven't the dems helped us, to blame the evil white man. Couple with them dems calling every republican (white or black) racist it's a nice 5% edge in an election.
