this come from above both Comey and Lynch. Comey became the fall guy after Bill's airport meeting with Lynch was uncovered. Lynch said it's up to Comey, which is not the way it is supposed to work. Comey was told or knew what to do. He probably wants to continue living awhile.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
