She's not running on anything. There is no issue or unique worldview that can sway voters to support her. She has nothing. Barring some huge september/October surprise, the numbers will continue to go Trumps way between now and the election. Hillary has no argument that would support a "resurgence" of support for her candidacy. Once she falls behind, it's over.
