Even heated, passionate discussion.

It always seems that the dolts who can't hold their own in political discussion say, "No one takes this seriously. It's just amusement. A diversion."

I don't think do. Certainly, some people fancy themselves as provocateurs or voyeurs...and just watch from a safe distance. Without the intellect or courage to engage.

Others enjoy the debate. And enjoy exposing intellectual weaklings and hypocrites.
