come into their neighborhoods and roust the young males hanging out on street corners and outside the all night markets. So maybe the broken windows policing is not so bad.
The younger generation wouldn't know hardship if it bit them on ass. All the younger generation thinks is racism is just society dealing with low-life street thugs and taking out the garbage.
