I don't get serious about nearly any poll.

You didn't define "fair", but thats ok because almost no one would agree with your definition anyway, left or right. You didn't define "fully" but thats ok because even the SC can't agree on how to uphold it. And, you asked two questions, so one could click NO but mean yes for either of the two questions.

Its not your fault. Schools are too ineffective today, bordering on incompetent, to teach people what the damn language means and how to use it.
