And it's not like we haven't had several really down years anyway. Some of Norm's teams sucked along with the FB Dark Hole.

At least we have an AD hire with some hope, experience, decent track record. And we do have $$$ coming in, along with East Divisions rivals that exactly haven't been tearing things up.
