Maybe they didn't give it ALL that much thought and years later stumble around to cover tracks that really went nowhere BUT became more important the more they tried to cover them.

A) Clinton is far from stupid. You know that.

And YOU are not being genuinely honest. You remind me of a little dog with a scrap of a rib in its teeth. Nearly all CLASSIFIED docs had the word CLASSIFIED at the top of the file.
